Up to 8,000 characters. Paste logs and error text in full if you have them. Never a key.

Prefer your own mail client? Write to support@megaloop.dev and it reaches the same place.

Never send us a credential. We do not need your provider key, your megaloop key or a password to help, and anything you paste here is stored as you typed it. If you think a key has leaked, revoke it from Keys first and tell us afterwards.

If it is a question about what we keep, what we store answers most of them with the file that proves each claim. Current service status is at status.megaloop.dev.
